| My logan has some small knocking sound like teer teer sound when i give acclerator in all gears .What is the sound can it explain i ask the mechanic he told that it is not a problem and he show me this sound in some vehicle and he told me that next time when oil is going to change put some nulon engine oil additive is it correct . | |

| Have a "GOOD" Mechanic do a compression rest on your engine ....You could have snapped a Piston ring

| Am sure you have located the source of the noise.
But it could also be the AC ducts rattling against the body. happened in my case... LHS just under the hood... i used some packing.. now the noise has stopped. | |

| Hi i had 2008 logan 1.4 glx petrol today i faced problem in engine cooling system failure ... whole coolent came out of hose pipe . & fan is not starting i shown it to local mechanic but he cant fix the problem ... ... & now after driving of 30 minutes also temperature starts rising... what should be the issue with engine
