| need info on the gear oil used in petrol logans(lost the manual) .im thinking of getting it replaced at my next service .since i dont get my car serviced from mahindra but carnation .I inquired about which gear oil they would use they said mobilube gx80w 90 gl 4.is this of the right specification ? my car is 4 yr old run 16.5k do i even need to get it changed (gears feel a bit crude)? | |

| Taken from my 1400 Dacia Logan ! (its the same) you should use TRANSELF TRJ 75 W 80 ANY GOOD 75 W 80 OIL WOULD BE OK FOR THE SERVO STEERING YOU USE RENAULTMATIC D2 FOR THE MOTOR (ALL DRIVING CONDITIONS) 5 W 30 FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE 10 W 40 (I WOULD SAY USE THIS IN YOUR HOT COUNTRY) | |
