| Clutch peddle of the Vehicle is very hard. Same i posted on the Mahindara site but no response. Every othrt month i have to re- adjeust. Mahindra -Logan team is not customer oriented as compare to other Car makers. I think they are still at the same level of Jeep. This is my opinion. |

| The clutch was very hard on all the demo and test vehicles I drove. But after I got my car, it was really really soft.. even more easier than my old Maruti 800.
I haven't noticed any change yet.. but I've only driven some 1500KM. |

| The clutch may get hard since its a cable one and not hydraulic! The clutch cable is changed under warranty so go ahead and complain!! _________________ LOGANIZE!! ;-) |

| My Logan's clutch is smooth and juicy, much better than Maruti 800. I have never had any problem on that. |

| Check if the cable is bent abnormally i,e almost at right angle. If the bend is gradual, its okay. If it seems normal then you need to raise the issue with the service center.

| I have a very tight clutch too. Ive done about 10000 kms and the car is about 6 months old (DLX). Complained twice but no change. I get pain in my knee when I drive in traffic. Service folks say that logan diesel had a slghtly toucgher clutch than the petrol version... |

| If you are experiencing knee pain change your seating position. Pull the seat seat back to such an extent that you have to almost stretch your leg completely while depressing the clutch. I too feel the clutch is a bit hard at times. |

| I got the clutch cable replaced and find it to be much better now. However I still wouldnt call it perfect - it still is tight as compared to other vehicles. |

| I agree. LOgan vehicles have a harder clutch than others. The xtent to which the clutch needs to be depressed is more.I tried telling the service guys a couple of time but not of much avail. The best way to avoid the knee pain is making an adjustment of the seat height and pull behind. |

| Make a note of the floor mat around the clutch pedal ... there is a slight depression. If you are pushing with your full foot (like in Maruti, etc) you will be actually pressing against the mat instead of putting all your foot pressure on the pedal. The last part of clutch press needs to be more of toe pressure. is this the real problem? |

| could be.. we had touched upon this in some previous posts... i personally think that lest bit where the clutch pedal sort of goes into a pocket is the problem... and i have found that Logan clutches (have driven 3) are hard in the first part of the depress action... wonder why? |
