Current economic meltdown

Hi Guys, In this topic I just want to discuss with my fellow loganites, to how much extent everyone is feeling the current economoic downturn. I myself being in IT is living on the edge with project buget getting reduced everyday. I would like to know what measures u guys have taken to guard urself or atleast survive in this topsyturvy situation.

oh! dont ask.. we are working but clients are not paying.. so you know... do i really need to go deeper? the bottomlines are bad.. banks are not giving loans.. hard for startups like ours to stay afloat...

So r u in it? In my case after the first phase of the project gto completed, the budget for the 2nd phase has been stopped. Waiting to get moved to some other project. When will this tsunami receede? I am desparately thinking of some ways to earn money to payout atleast for my car and home loan.
