| Hi
I have a Mahindra Logaon 1.4 GLX (petrol) since September 2009. Prior to this too it was a Mahindra Logan 1.6 for 2 yrs. Both purchased from Global Gallery Thane.
I have completed all services within time and also have regualryl done my wheel balancing and allignment at the Global Gallery workshop. When ever i used to get a puncture i used to repair the damaged tyre and fit it back so never used the stepnie. Recently when i took it out i found out that the Stepnie was a tube tyre and not a tubeless one. I immediatley brought it to the workshops notice and they informed me that they cannot do anything it is the sales teams job.
Post that i have written twice to them today & 11th nov 2011. Till date no reply. Now all tyres are worn out within 44k kms and i would actually be spending one extra tyre which i would not have if it was tubeless like all others.
Can anyone suggest what i can do so that i can get my replacement? It is a JK Tyre.
regards
Satish Iyer

| Try exchanging your stock tyre for tubless tyre. since the stock tyre is not used at all you may get a decent exchange price. Keep the best out of the 4 to be replaced as stock tyre. | |
