vibration of steering while taking a turn???

hi al..

i am facing a peculiar problem that whenever i take a turn and rotate the wheel....it vibrates a lot .. one day i stood outside to see what happens and foound that the tyre also shakes when the wheel is turned around(both right and left).

i dont know what has happened


and second problem is when i apply brakes with some force, they make a grrrr like sound..

what could be the problem....
