have been invited to a treasure hunt being organised in Delhi .. so 40km or driving expected, fun and food additional.. registration fee of Rs 500 per car...

evidently it is a Scorpio event and other M&M cars have also been invited... anyone else coming?

don't think any of the other Delhi members are coming online these days.. haven't seen any activity for a long time..

i have a doubt, why are M&M inviting sedans to compete with much powerful SUVs.
from the event it seems that the track will be more suited to the SUV range.
if logans are in, it means sedan crusher Xylos too will be in.
i dont see it a fair deal.

it may be worth seeing if there creeps in even a small feeling of changeover to Scorpio or Xylo in Logan owners participating on this event.
take care that sedan is not getting crushed out there.

just a thought, however may be just my imagination, one of those wild ones.

It will show that the Logan with its High suspension can master most terrains just keep outa the mud

Why wouldn't it be fair ..... it would be a real boost for us if a Logan from one of you Delhi guys went in among those rhinos of SUVs and did something spectacular and made them sit up and take notice!

OK guys.. time for some reality check.. me (with wife in tow) and a few other Logan invitees woke up at 7 on a sunday and went to the event only to be told that the event is only for Scorpios... .. laughing matter .. obviously no.. but one by one the others slunk away licking their wounds..

i of course stuck around till a helluva lot of trouble had been created for Bhasin Motors.. the Service Head of Delhi, Neeraj came over and apologized profusely.. but as my wife summed it up for him .. Bhasin Motor's nonsense for the last year, and your inaction on the multiple complaints makes it obvious to everyone that you think Renault customers are not owrth taking care off... it is sad that Renault joined forces with people such as yourself"...

funniest thing is.. the Bhasin Motors representative who was supposed to take care of their customers.. one Mr Mathews (answering the mobile number 9811721111 - or rather NOT answring that number) refused to apologise to the head when his boss's boss Neeraj demanded it... this guy didnt take calls the entire 2 hours we were there...

hi Saumil.. have sent you the email invitation that had come to me.. I have also written to the so-called whos-who of M-R... not that I expect any corrective steps... (I remember how I was promised free services and a gift voucher "worth Rs.1500/-" by Bhasin motors in a trial of atonment of their earlier sins.. till date I have received only a Rs.40/- worth picture frame that promptly was given away to my maid... of course, Bhasin never documents their promises and relies on "he said vs. I said" controversies.. this is the first time they have actually emailed me something.. so I now have documentary proof of their action ...


guys slapping that Mathew would have only gotten my hands dirty... it is the Neeraj, Sanjay Garg, Nalin Mehta, Pawan Goenka and Ananda Mahindras of the world who needs to be slapped .. with a few law suits..

I was so disgusted i thought of calling in my friends from the press.. would have given Mahindra the right kind of coverage... but then I moved on to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.. i think it is a complete waste of time to even expect any service from Mahindra after this.. regretting stepping out of the Maruti fold

Really a sad turnout and lower than the worst treatment by Mahindra.

Incidents like these are absolutely undigestible as they get embedded in our memories forever. Not to mention, the agony and embarassment for having taken the pains to be a part of the so-called-family that Mahindra is trying to build with their customers.

As rightly mentioned above by my other friends, I also am of the opinion that the entire episode be documented along with proofs and be thrown on the tables of the Top Management of Mahindra's.
If they cant make us feel like kings, atleast let them not treat us like dogs.
