| @Pradeep I have fitted the bigger version. It cost me 2750. @Saumil The smaller versions are still available. The color is the same. I don't why in the photo it appears to be of different tone. By eyes it matches perfectly with the interiors. For DLE/GLE if there is no center console how are handbrake and the remote boot lit placed? | |

| Pradeep, guess even you have a DLE, would suggest you wait till we find out if it fits the cars without the extended center console | |

| @Saumil: This the first time I have come to know that DLE/GLE does not have the full center console. Without it its literally impossible to fit the armrest, because the screws are fitted with the center console around the handbrake. I will advise u to fit the third part of the console. that won't cost much (within1000). It will surely look more visually aesthetic an u can fit the armrest as well.
@krishna: To operate the rear window switch u don't need to fold it up. If u need to operate the rear switch too often then I would suggest u better avoid fitting the armrest. For me its ok because I seldom use the rear switch and also I don't have much problem reaching out to them. As far as the handbrake is concerned, after fitting this armrest u do feel a bit of uneasiness at first, but u will get accustomed slowly but steadily. In case u r driving along the slope u can fold the armrest up and feel as if the armrest is not there. Anyways I will post the pics on how much obstruction u face for the handbrake.

| Hi Nayandeep, Please do send me the bigger armrest that you've installed. I'm fine with it as long as you can hinge it up.
Do mail me your bank account details ( Bank name, Branch, Ac/ No. and savings or current ), I'll make an online transfer of the armrest cost and any other asociated cost.
I want the same beige colour that you've installed.
Thanks

| yeah.. GLX has the complete centre console.
Nayandeep : Only the rear passengers will operate the window switch. Only very rarely the front seat passenger / driver will use the rear door window switch. Hence it is ok.. I also notice a gap of around 2 to 4 inches between the switch and the arm rest. so not a problem to operate the rear door window switch.
As regards the hand brake, if he hand rest can be raised to a good angle nearer to 90 degrees, then it should not create any problem .
Pl send one big size armrest for me .

| Please open the window for me driver ! Ok Madam "Sir" then fit a twin switch to the front allowing the back to be run from front or back But to tell the truth I see a problem with the handbrake because as the brakes get older the brake lever comes up higher ! See what I mean ? | |

| well i think buying a dle instead of a dlx or dls was my best decision in choosing models as i spent about 60000 rs etc. on my dle & i have made it alot better & luxrious then a dls itself.. the day i went to take delivry of my car i got its headlamps changed in the dealership with the lamps frm dls as they are silver from inside & dle has grey ones and also i got the chrome blades for my front bumper grill wich was the major difference in dls & dle (costed me about 5000 rs.)and rest is about 28000 rs. for a dvd player with usb & memory card slot & 9inch lcd screen, 4channel alpine amplifier double coil pioneer sub woofer heavy duty ovel pioneer car speakers & 6inch xnox component speakers for front with tutors dls dsnt have nything like this.. my personal disc..)... 12000rs. for 14inch chrome alloys from plati also not in a dls.. 10000rs. for 4door power window & autocop centeral locking with vibration sensors.. gud security fitted a alarm switch in bonet and boot also..).. not in a dls... relay to role up all window glasses by themselves wenever i lock my car with remote..also individual power window switch for every door and a master control board on driver door means all 4 switches and a child lock switch for power windows no hassle for back seat people to use the power window switches alot better then dls.. can say security with comfort..) ,these were the big onse rest all are small things like plastic grass flooring then rubber mats on them no dust on my carpet easy to clean also..).. fog lamps, arm rest, boot opener, muscler for silencer... plastic side linening on doors with door croner protectors also.. chrome bumper protectors & filming on all 6 glasses.. 4 doors and 2 windscreens... wooden interriors, leather cover for steering wheel soft cotton seat covers, chrome monograms on sides for the model name below side indicators and some air freshner..) dont think payin about 80000rs. more for a dls could have given me all this so u can say i brought a more luxrious safe and better luking model then dls & saved about 20000rs. also....) | |

| Are baba Nitin.. I was only jokin when i said that.. At the time i bought my car, i had only 2 options, DLE and DLS. I didnt find it worth the money to spend 200K for the DLS. And i am very happy with that decision.. My ICE, you could check out in My Gallery. I am desperately looking for an Armrest. Can you please upload a picture of the fitment as soon as you can so i could get it fitted here as well.. something i want to from a long long time.. | |
