| We have in Iraq the Logan 1.6 with 16 valve but they bring it from Iran with out any options, NO (power steering, power window, rear class fog disappear, center lock, car mat, front fog light, passenger airbag). So with all this the car look like you drive a car from 50's. By the way if you want to open the trank which we do that many time during the day at the check points you need to step out the car and do it by the egnition hey because there is no way to open it by electrical or mechanical wire.
I need your help to advise me if I can install a power steering kit in may logan because my shoulder will fall part soon????
But I agree with who said it's quit and staible car, but slow accelerate although the RPM goes up fast!!!!!.

| Hello, Ammar! Of course you can install power steering, air conditioning, power windows, power mirrors, fog lights, even the passenger airbag, or central locking [i recomend you to install an alarm system (most alarm systems have also function of central locking and trunk opening by remote so that you don't need to go out of the car everytime, just need to stop the engine)] - it's a cheap way to have alarm system, central locking and trunk opening - 3 in 1 For trunk opening, an actuator is needed. I have one added and is ok, i don't need to get out of the car everytime someone want to put something in the trunk, and i don't need to insert the key to open trunk. | |

| 1.6 16v - 0 to 100 km/h in 10.2 secs - slow accelerate ? I have 1.4 8v 75 bhp, and it doesn't seem to me slow accelerating ... Maybe you used to drive cars with 2.0 or 3.0 engines ... i do not know ... Regards! | |

| Thanks for all of u , but I think 1000$ is too much to spend for power steering. It's already cost me 9800$ . Thanks | |

| I understand that Logan share many common parts with Nissan Ask a mechanic, maybe you can put a second-hand power steering unit from a Nissan, probably cost less ... Or at the dealer, maybe they have a unit from a damaged Logan | |

| Typre Pressure. Yea! Thats a good way to have easy parking. Just dont overshoot it.
Most other parts mentioned can be fitted at very nominal prices. However, the Passenger Airbag will have to be mapped with the impact sensors and is a little tricky. It will also involve changing the dashboard to accomodate the cutout for the airbag. | |
