I dont know much about them but recently I contacted Nalin (VP Sales & Marketing - Logan) about some problem and got reply forwarded to these peoples looking after customer problems.

Then I got phone call from Jayant from Delhi, said Mr. Ravi will asist you and inpect your car.

Hmm!! Very Useful piece of information! Really Really Helpful! Actually this happened with me too and my car is under special care now! The service center guys really get afraid these days seeing me!! Laughing

What I have found is the M&M take customer feedback really seriously.

While purchasing the Logan, in my feedback I had complained about how the dealer sales person was unnecessarily increasing the paperwork and asking for unnecessary signatures on the autoloan form. This prompted M&M to take the fellow to task, sent him for retraining and froze his incentives for his next five sales!

I also got a followup visit from the M&M Customer Sevice guy a couple of weeks back asking for any feedback.

Also, i would request everyone not touse these details unnecessarily i.e. for small petty reasons. In that case, they would stop responding and avoid taking calls and responding to emails.

exactly... i agree with Saumil.. when you use the Top Down approach the issue needs to be really big... not petty stuff like dirty floor mats and all that... the trick of using the Top managers would be in being judicious in your escalation, using proper language and having your facts ready..

vague complaints like "I am not happy with the mileage" doesn't make sense..
