Sound while getting over bumps/speed breakers

This is a brand new Verito (logan), has clocked 5k km. I noticed from the very first day, there is a distinct sound from the left front wheel when I go above humps/potholes. Obviously, I will be going slow over these...

Service center guy first attributed this to lubrication, he did lubrication and issue persists. Now he says shock-absorber needs replacement.

One of senior members advised me to check the motor mounting brackets. When I told this to the service guy, he says there is no such part !!!! I think these people are not trained properly.

Can anyone please advise as to what needs to be done? I do not want to replace the shock absorber and get the same sound again...

As i understand yours is under warranty.
And they are advising replacement which is great.
Just get it replaced under warranty.
