| If I am right, in the user manual, it is not recommended to use any additive. | |

| In the 'Service Coupon Booklet' under the 'Engine oil' section, page 32, it is mentioned, "WE FORBID THE MIXING OF ANY ADDITIVES WITH THE ENGINE OIL." | |

| The cost for the Wyn's additive was mentioned as Rs 240 in the bill and the bottle does not contain any price. I enquired about that kind of additive in one IOCL gas station, but I could not find it. Lets try in other fule outlets | |

| I will be adding the 3M diesel treatment additive after I empty the tank of Shell Super. Normal diesel with 3M additive will be used. I have come across the knocking sound occassionally. http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_IN/3MCarCare/3MCarCare/Products/Performance/Additives/Diesel-Fuel-Additive/ http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_IN/3MCarCare/3MCarCare/CarCareServices/CarDetailingServices/Engine-Performance/Diesel/ | |

| i went for my car's first service today.it was free.i took my car at around 1.00 pm, and then told them about a faulty boot-opener( the switch was not functioning properly).they looked at my problem, and couldn't solve so they went for a replacement, but they didn't had any spare switch.they promised to fix it on the next service.... now they checked the engine oil, brake/clutch oil, coolant, all electrical parts and said everything is ok. they finished the service within 3 hours and gave my car back(actually i was sitting there).... what i want to ask is will they change my coolant, engine oil, clutch oil oil they will just check it???????this is our first car, and first service so i have no idea...please tell me what you faced at your first service, or i will call the dealer and book another servicing at a different workshop..... PLEASE HELP | |

| yeah guys first service nothing much happens. actually nothing at all happens. some engine tuning takes place though. i had my engine tuned thoroughly as i was not satisfied with the way it came. i took the guy managing servicing with me after each tune and instructed him further. thats how i tuned till at a point i believed that should be it. and well that included brake , clutch tuning. | |

| The tuning of the engine is not need because the motor managment does all this for them .and if it fails it will revert to default .Do you guys have catasilaters fitted (spelt it wrong I know) If you do have then NEVER fill with leaded fuel or you can throw it away afterwards .I had a problem with my car this morning !!!!!!! The wife has borrowed it haha did you know you can remove the backrest to carry large long items ??? just go in the boot and undo the two screws at the top ff the backseat rest and then you have a LOT of room It should be in your handbook off to work now its hot and I will sell lots of Icecream today (I hope) | |
