Guys read all of your suggestions and alternatives, pretty innovative and seems quite effective too.
But my point is cant the company rectify this problem, if it requires such a simple modification. The car didnt come cheap it cost me 7.2 lakhs, at such a price you expect certain refinements, which it lacks unfortunately.

Not many cars have a fresh air filter !!!this is an extra and on the Logan it is So easy fixed and fitted I posted a link to this didnt I !!!!!!

I have done other.
On my Logan is not provided the HVAC air filter too. But HVAC system is the same system as Renault Modus and Nissan Micra. So I have booked original filter.
Reference number from Nissan Micra filtr is 27891AX010 or from Renault Modus is 7701059997.
It looks so:


Next step - cut out the stopper. It is beside legs of the passenger:


Next - insert the filtr in done hole:


After two months of the use, you can see new and old filtrs:


PS I don't know will correct this way to your Logan modification. I have got left-hand drive car.

when iam passing through industrial area severe chemical smell enters the cabin
and sometimes diesel smell is also felt inspite of recirculation mode, as mr tomlai
said why should outside air enter the cabin in recirculation mode? the dealer at
hyderabad was helpless regarding this. well i request you all to help me solve this
problem.

prasad the way to do it is above your post and its dead easy a 10 min Job
