I am Suryaprakash from Bangalore. I own the Logan 1.5DLX 4 months old now.

I was working on logan project for mahindra way back since 2004
So , i am more so involved in it since the early stages.

Currently i am with TOYOTA.

Recently before the Bangalore International Airport was opened for trials, I got the opportunity to take my NIGHT ANGEL (My Logan) for a burnout on the RUNWAY !!!! - A once in a lifetime opportunity.

NO confirmation on the same as i had a word with the company officials and they said that nothing of that sort was on the cards as the Car was doin well as of now!
I feel sumthin new will come but no confirmation!! Only Speculations!

I am a student of l'Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) Rouen, France and pursuing my M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Currently I am doing the final year and as part of my curriculum I had taken up a project to submit on " Joint Venture between Mahindra & Mahindra of India and Renault of France"

I am making my reortl on the following lines which I need to submit in French language to my teacher and here I am giving below the topics I had taken for submission. Much of the information is available on website of both the companies of M&M and Renault. The topics are

· Overview – the Rational Romance, Synergistic Relationship
· About M&M and Renault
· Objective – Low budget car(less than 3000$, like nano), Economic Conditions, Multiple location Manufacturing
· Collaboration Plan – Plan of Implementation, Cost
· Customer Research – Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Customer Connection
· Why Joint Venture – factors
· Win Win Situation for M&M and Renault
· Conclusion

Since, I am in the middle of preparing the report, I seek your assistance on the following lines for making the report effective:

· How do you see the joint venture working at present?
· Are you able to work as per the plan?
· Is the commitment of both the parties being fulfilled?
· What is the sales growth and what do you expect in time to come?
· Are you able to break even the costs? If not, when you expect to achieve, If yes, then what is the time limit?
· Can you provide me some statistics referring to how this project is going on and also what has been the progress made till date?

well i m requesting all fellow members to help me if you have any informartion on questions i have put up or if you can send me contacts of any person from the mahindra renault company to answer my questions.
