Need advice for damaged bumper & insurancc of RoyalSundaram

My mahindra logan
car’s both bumpers are damaged. The front side bumper has lost little color,
while back side bumper is little bit bent inside. I visited company service shop
(Sirish paiting, HSR, Bangalore)
and they told me that, it can be done
with total 15K. Almost whole amount will be reimbursed by insurance company
(Royal Sundaram). I also visited local service shop, and the guy at that place
told me that, tinkering is required for back side bumper. He estimated around
9K. I have also attached some of pics here for damaged parts. Can anybody
advice me, how much cost can happen and at which place I shall repair (whether I
shall go to company service shop, who tells around 15K or at local service
shop), and what might be the amount. Both say that, they will have to repaint
both bumpers. Another thing I would like to know, if any body has reimbursed
insurance claim from Royal Sundaram.
