alloy wheels

hi everyone, want some help regarding my alloys.
i put in alloys the next day i bought my verito.
but the problem is that whenever i touch 110 kmph the steering wheel starts to wobble a lot which increases as the speed increases further and when the steering is rotated.
i tried everything from wheel allignment, balancing but the problem persists.
i drove after changing to my original wheels and found no problem.
i like the look of my alloys a lot. but the problem persists when i went back to my alloys.
tyre pressure, treads are all fine.
what else do i need to check?

may be your alloys r faulty... put your spare tyre in front... one side and then drive see if it decreases or u can arrange another spare tyre and put both tyres in rims in front & then check

Are you using the special wheel nuts made for Alloy Wheels ? If not the old normal one will just wear the alloy away and wobble

Pls tell me which is the alloy chinese or indian. Imported alloys have the problem of balancing due to the uneven weight of the alloy. So if it is chinese my suggession give it back to the shop and go for Neo wheels.www.neowheels.com . I put Neo wheels 1 month back after a long research of chinese models. I tried several chinese brands but not up to the mark( On trial basis) . After fitting the alloy i had travelled more than 3000kms. I drove the car upto 140 kms speed total stedy the car was. So i am suggesting Neo wheels .

mine is 14 inch alloys, can i go for a bigger one like a 15 inch alloy?

AND WHAT ABOUT THE WHEEL STUDS YOU ARE USING ???

For Neo alloy the price is 13000/-( 4 Nos). My suggession is dont go for 15 size because now a days the price of rubber products is increasing day by day means the tyre price is also increasing . And our vehicle has a good ground clearence so no need to go for bigger wheel . Another suggession is go for Indian brand dont go for chinese and all because we are getting warranty in neo wheels and in future we have any problem we should directly give our complaints to the company . Myself put the Neo alloy ( spike) first you match the alloy with your logan in the above website after that you deside which model you prefer in neo alloys. Old alloy if buy back you will be a looser better tell your friends and relatives if any one want give them at a discount rate better that to give the profit to a business man .And another think first put two alloy with tyre in your front side and keep the vehicle in a jack and check is it touches the disc brake assembly it is very important if it is touching at that moment you can change it after payment all business man has a lag to change or do anything better do it in your front.
