| Hi Folks I know the issue has been discussed about the reverse motion of the wipers. Rains lashed Hyd yesterday and used them for the first time. The left seems to throw water on the right in this motion. Just wanted to know if someone has got the direction of motion changed ..... | |

| changing the direction of the motion won't help. let's pray Mahindra comes out with a different system in the upcoming cars, so that we can get it retrofitted. | |

| Even if new wipers came with reversed directions, it wouldnt be possible to fit them on current cars friends. The positioning logic of existing wipers doesnt allow such a fitment. The base of wipers cannot be changed. so even new wipers with different directions will not help our current cars. I hope u could understand what im trying to say | |

| i am not telling you that i am changing the direction of the wiper but the wiper is not working properly the motor of the wiper is getting heated up and the wiper is dragging and making noise and it stops working suddenly and then i need to switch off the engine and switch on the engine after 10 min to cool down the wiper motor and i had to do this for 5 time and the wiper switch were not working at all when the wiper used to stop working | |

| This is bloody scarry. With such rains in India, it can definately be fatal. Please go to the service center and ask them REPLACE it IMMEDIATELY if not REPAIR it.. Dont delay it one minute brother. Also, please dont take any crap from them! | |

| Yes the actual problem is the water splurging on to the drivers side.. Giving the passenger rather than the driver the BEST view | |

| The wipers are a pure patch job put up by Mahindra. What is more pathetic is to increase the cover area on the driver side, they had modified the wipers to give a bigger angle using more moveable parts meaning more wear and tear more maintenance and more failure. They should probably call all cars back and get them fitted with a standard wipers | |

| Ya, i would have preferred normal kind of wipers. But, in my opinion, its not that big a problem. All this time in the monsoon, I didn't have any problem! | |

| agreed... however, i think it is a very basic design oversight.. a minor modification of the lenth of the wipers and changes in the swipe timing could have saved teh company from this embarassment.. is it a reflection of Tractor companies trying to sell cars? | |
