- Ya same problem ... The cable controlling this very knob in my Logan has becone disconnected and hence there is no control. Somwhow the air is blowing through the normal fashion(justbychance) otherwise will need to take it in to the Workshop to open up the dashboard ... since it is sort of working now I will prob. take it to be done only at the next service!
Today was my 3rd Service. Shown the AC problem to the workshop. It is a problem that will require the entire dashboard assembly to be removed as the problem is deep within the dashboard at the evaporator end. Will take 24 hours to fix... will have to take car into workshop again one of these days just for getting this done.

- I feel a little weird that Mahindra when getting this car into India forgot that India is basically a HOT country and so we need more Cool settings than Hot. Its really irritating that we have only a few spots for Cool and many more for the Heater which we'll hardly ever use
This is really Basic isnt it guys...
REALLY STRANGE. Same for the side flashers / wiper controls which are opposite to what Indian cars have. Man Abad hits almost 40 celcius in summers. I dont think the A.C. capacity shall be enough unless it runs at a stretch for 30 mins and beyond.
