alignment problem or other need suggestions

The accident Mahindra reffering to is a dent that car got when a bike rammed into the rear door .

I personall feel the work shop guys failed to recognise the defect in the below given period .

1. 30th Jan 2009 : 15478 km : Wheel balancing, tyre rotation.
2. 31st Jan 2009 : 15498 km : pulling LH side – alignment done
3. 20th Feb 2009 : 19053 km : Accident repair – repeat wheel alignment

so if u look at it the car clocked 4000 Km in 1 months time ..
Mean while I got a confirmation from the local guy saying that its not a wheel alignment problem ...

But Mahindra is plainly denying it ...Any ways good luck to them if Logan need to survive they better use common sense

Roads here are so bad that bending a strut is easy when you hit a protruding stone/rock hard enough (kind of like hitting the curb at at angle). I've been there and done that (though this was not in the logan).

Also, struts are best replaced in pairs. You might want to replace both if you car has run more than 40-50K km. A good set of photographs would be nice. Also check for damage to lower arms and the strut mounts.

Hang on you guys what type of roads are you traveling on To hit a strut you must have a very high stone or kerb
(Also kerbs apear from the OUTSIDE of the wheel ) so you will bust your tirewall before you bend a strut and if you are driving around hitting bloody big rocks you need Landrovers

Well I see what you mean now by Strut this is part of the Macpherson Strut
or otherwise known as shock absorber I have never in my life seen a bent one
how can you bend them it must have been in an accident with a abbrupt STOP or as in the following artical bad fitting (this would NOT be from manufacturer )or overtightning the bolt above the Strut
