I have received a suprise gift from Mahindra yesterday. It's a travel mug wrapped in a gift pack. Inside it there was also a not from the Manager, M&M thanking me for my feedback. Its really so nice to deel that the company cares for uis. Is't it guys. | |

| sAuMiL: I have been having this running tussle with my Logan dealer over the 2007/2008 issue as well as the problem with the AC vent (car has gone into Service Garage ... for which they have loaned me a Scorpio for as long as they need to keep my Logan) ... the gift was something probably to keep me a little happier I suppose!
None of the issues were getting resolved at the dealer level, it required a Mahindra intervention to get things done. | |

Just wanted to share with you all that Mahindra Renault, as a gesture of its appreciation for my Logan purchase, provided me with 2 tickets for watching the IPL match at Bangalore for the 26th of April.
I not being so enthiusiatstic abt ckt gave them to a frined. who said the experience was amazing.
Price of each tkt - 575/-
Please let me know if any of you have received such surprise gifts.

| My dealer called me up today again. This time they offered me 2 tickets (for couples) at one PVR at bangalore.Along with it, the also offered me 2 coupons worth Rs. 100/- each
I will be out of town, so had to fore-go atleast somebody else might get to use it.
