TVS dealer not responsible

Hi All



I am new to this club and happy to be a member, i would like
to inform something that has happened to me, i know it’s not new and most of
you might have experienced, i have booked a verito D6 Rocky Beige on 21 Dec
2011 and requested the dealer to provided me the car by 17th January 2012, but
now the dealer is telling me, mahindra has not transited the car yet and it’s
in pending list, i feel it’s the mistake of dealer, they might have requested
the order late, what do you feel friends? and what can be done now to get
delivery on time

Welcome to the forum . Dont worry may be it is not like that the rocky beige colour vehicle has some shortage due to good booking or it may be rare colour.So please keep in touch with the dealer. Now a days in kerala particularly kottyam verito has a very good market response and good booking also.

Thanks Thomas for your valuable information and happy to be a member of this form, i was really sad that i could not get the car on time as its my plan to buy a verito D6 my father in law wants me to buy a verna but i dont have the budget for that and i from may sources came to know that verito is better for the money i have, he also blame be saying it is having a taxi image, and above all now the car is delayed. which again gave him a chance to scratch me.

Just tell him that it is selling so well there is a waiting list for it ! We had in Europe when the MCV started a waiting list of nearly 6 months

Hi Thomas Mathew and Martin at last i have got my verito D6 Rocky Beige today evening, just wanted to express my happiness with you members, any advice suggestions to improve the car performance and appearance?

The only advise I can give you is !Drive carefully ,,,do not drive over 3000 rpm for the first 1000 km and try and drive on normal roads and also motorways but dont go over 3000 rpm after this the worlds your oyster !! always do your oil changes and stuff and the main bit of advise is this
TREAT ALL OTHER ROAD MEMBERS AS IDIOTS ! Then you will be ready for anything that happens

congrats jijo for your new car. My advice is please drive carefully in and around kottayam due to heavy traffic. Put some under body coating because our area is full of mad water in raininy season. At the time of cold strart ( morning) please wait for few seconds in idle mode,when RPM meter comes normal level then start driving it will increase the life of the engine , you know oil is stored in the under side of he the engine .When you start the car the oil is pumping to each and every pistion and it will be lubricated other wise wear and tear may occur .I am now in kottayam for few weeks

of idling time before they can be driven safely.
Moreover, the best
way to warm up a car is to drive it, since that warms up the catalytic
converter and other
mechanical parts of the car, in addition to the

yes i will follow the tips mentioned by you, but would like to know what kind of body coating can be done, just explain as i am not much involved into car sector my in law has asked me to do the skirting on the running board will that be any help to this?

where can i get Renault logo as i wish to add that in the place of mahindras logo as i think that would be cool

Its called under-seal you will be able to buy it in any good car parts store and then you drive your car over a Pit and Paint the under-seal on (Not on the exhaust) this will give you added protection against rust it is well worth doing
