yes the gearbox will move under power as long as it does not move to much

I own a D6 too and its been over an year with no issues so far.
1. The rattling noise from steering wheel needs a check.
2. I am not sure on the sealed wax part though. But the tank portion is rear to the driver seat and is supposed to be at a lower height. Should not be of concerns unless you are considering any drastic modifications.
3. The steering wheel isn't tight unless you seem to have driven any other car and seem to be doing a relative comparison.
4.When the accelerator is pressed the gear knob tends to move slightly forward, I guess this is normal and happens with my car that has clocked over 11000kms across country.
If you are still not convinced, you need to get a check at your service center. Ideally this beauty comes with a 2 yrs warranty and you should be having free service left.
