Well friends. I am again going out with my Verito D4, the new one, on a 600+ drive covering H.P, Chandigarh, Panjab and Haryana tomorrow. I will be back by 12th August and then I will post my review about the behaviour of the car. I may extend my kilometers if the weather remains good and I will go to Haridwar, Dehradun and nearby places. My tour will commence from Shimla, my native city.
I am going to put the car in difficult situations to test its mettle and tolerance and post the statistics. Kindly say good luck and good drive to me. May God bless you all and may all of you buy one more Verito. Any suggestions?

Good luck Dr Keshav.

I used to drive my Logan between Gurgaon and Faizabad (Gurgaon -> Sohna -> Palwal -> Agra -> Etawa -> Kanpur -> Lucknow -> Faizabad) a total of around 735 KMs and most on NH2 in ONE GO - 11 hours.

Keep the fuel levels and tyres (including spare) checked.

Haryana has cheapest fuel so get tank fulls in Haryana Smile

Thanks ezee for good wishes. I need these. I am happy that you also put the car to test. How was the journey and behaviour of the car? See you on 12th with my review and report and photographs. Checked the car credential today and every thing is fine. Incidently I am using N2 in tyres. Any suggestions?

Dont thrash the Motor if its new If its done more than 1000km thats ok to do so but not before this !
Oh yes and as for Fuel ! Dont buy the cheapest Buy a good known brand
Enjoy your drive and I am still waiting for one of my Indian Buddies to visit me here in Germany with there Logan

Dear Martin245, Thanks for the advice and good wishes. I will keep all these in mind. I drive moderately, that is why my cars have always been very happy with me. I do not use brakes like young boys and do not rev the engine unnecessarily. I was just moving out when I read your comment. Thanks again. In 1984, on my way to UK and USA, I was supposed to visit Germany but due to shortage of time, I could not do so. A number of my friends are in Germany, a great country. But you have my personal invitation to come and be my guest. We Indians like to welcome our guests. Any programme to visit India? Then we can travel in Verito/Logan. I purchased Verito in the first place after trying out other cars like Honda City, Manza, Linea etc. This car has all the cabin and boot space which I need for my luggage.

I have just come back from my long tour. Verito did a good job. I will be writing my experience by tomorrow. In the meantime, I may add that the car behaved very well and I am satisfied.
