| Hi, I have a Logan GLE and its time to replace my other car, Ford Fusion 1.6. I have spinal issues in neck and back, so going for another Logan for its suspension and specially for DLSx as it has a lumbar support too. Ofcourse the mileage and torque of diesel too as my travelling has increased recently. 90 KM/day with 40 Highway and 50 City and additional 500KM/month for highways. However during test drive, my left arm was touching the lumbar support lever and it was troubling me. Anyone having similar experience? Can the lever be refitted so that the pointing end faces the rear seat? | |

| Do you lay back in the seat ? If so there is no wonder you have back problems I have to ruined Vertebrae and should be Operated on and I sit close to the Steering wheel and I sit upright .This way I feel the most comfortable .But this is something that everyone must find out for themselves

| dafpnp, there are 3 positions for Lumbar support, 1) Min 2) Medium 3) Maximum
If it is minimum then the lever points up, at Medium it points towards left elbow and Maximum it points down
So try keeping it in Maximum position and it will point down.
What I feel is,
1) Either you have long hands 2) Or you have set your seat in TD car at almost straight or very less recline position and very near to the steering wheel.

| No, neither long hands nor upright seat. My other logan is single hand driven. i.e. right hand on steering and left on gear lever. For the 1.4, the torque doesn't help much in city traffic and for frequent gear changes, its "Single" hand driven. I can probably post a pic where the steering cover has worn from only right side. Possibly, during test drive, i kept my left hand on gear lever and was touching the Lum Sup lever. | |

| ok..Let me try to simulate this situation again.. But yesterday when I was trying to recreate what you had said, I felt it was not possible in the position that I had set my seat..
Or may be the TD car had a longer lever? | |

| Also keeping your foot on the clutch all the time during driving should be avoided. I get so much irritated when I see the drivers doing the same. | |
