| I am totally fed up of Silver Jubliee Motors, Pune. They took my vehicle for repairs. kept it for two days and returned without attending to most of the complaints. I got the vahicl eon Monday, and today a day after most oof the problems remain unsolved 1) Mud Flap fastener - not done 2) Rear LHS Door lock problem ( reported 3 times )- not done, problem still persists 3) Viper Water tank leak - not done 4) Noise in break while reversing (reported 3 times ) - still persists 5) Vehicle returned with stains inside all over. 6) Had to wait till 8.00 pm to get the vahicle. 7) No report of repairs carried out was given. Could somebody please give me contacts of Mahindra officials. I do need to speak to them directly. I'm not taking this lying down. These people have ben consistently bad. Anybody else please be careful before dealing with Silver Jubliee Motors, Pune. | |

| Atleast things are still moving. After all the MR fiasco, I thought we'd end up being the neglected lot. | |

| Yes... things are moving I have visited my Showroom - Global Gallerie Thane with my friend as he is interested in LOGAN after he used my car for a week. There was a LOGAN which had atleast 5-6 visitors in my 1 hour visit at the showroom and everybody was impressed and one person was there as he saw the LOGAN ad. | |

| Mahindra is about to introduce the smaller version by pitching it to be the new BSIV compliant Logan. The current version is most likely to be discontinued. | |

| Hi all,
Mahindra and Silver Jubilee motors finaly got their act together. They serviced my vehicle (18 months, 3rd service ) under the supervision of Mahindra Engineers. Following is the feedback: 1) They took 5 days, but addressed most of the issues. Also gave me a replacement vehicle. 2) Noise while applying break in reverse was resolved. They replaced the Brake Callipers and the Foundation ( a hard rubber part somewhere in the middle of the suspension ). They also replaced the Break Shoes under warranty. It' sbeen a week and the noise has not come back. 3) Vehicle fitting was all ok, unlike previous occassions. 4) The vehicle was clean, unlike previous occassions. 5) They test drove the vehicle before service and on delivery, unlike previous ocassions.
the only unresolved issue is the mud flap fastener, which has come off again. Although they someone today with the fasteners. But it could not be mounted as there is a an issue with the female of the fastener too. They have promised to find a permanent solution in consultation with M&M engineers.
Am satisfied with their effort so far. Hope this level of service is maintained even without involving senior management and M&M engineers.
I had also written to the Chief Internal Auditor, highlighting basic process flaws at their workshop.
I got a call personally from the chief Auditor. The work has been monitored and followed up by him and his department.
He has promised to resolve my complaints satisfactorily and also work towards a more efficient process and workmanship quality in the long run.
Hope this leads to some improvement in service

| I am from Kerala and to be honest, the TVS service has been absolutely ridiculous, below average to the best. | |
