| I just bought Yokohama A Drive couple weeks back and then went to Rishikesh and Landsdowne. Super grip on the hills, pretty sharp handling(for logan standards) and barely any noise. Will post the pics soon.

| i changed my original jk vectras for front tyres @ around 24500km only as they had started uneven wear and very noisy. i put ceat milaze. these had full warranty including cuts were the cheapest then ( i got 2 for 7000/- ) these have excellent tread pattern. noise has gone down immediately, now i have done about 12500 km on them in exactly six months and they look as good as new. grip levels are excellent and so is the ride. i think its a damn good tyre. | |

| Hi Anil, Depending on where you live, it is better to locate an authorised Bridgestone dealer on the internet. I got mine changed near BEL Circle on outer Ring Road. They exchanged my old tires for Rs 300 each (run about 55k) and also did the wheel alignment and balancing for free. All included in the price of the 4 new tires.

| The easy way is to buy a set of Yokohama tyres, and leave peacefully. The Grips levels are amazing, has awesome affect of braking and tire wear is very low. Between last july and now, i have done 30, 000 kms on my A drives and when i went to get them balanced, the owner jumped with amazement!!!
Peace, N

| Hi Dushie! Welcome back after a long break! I am currently running BS Turanza.
Feels better than stock tires. I took 4 for about ~ 13k. Seem to be in good shape after about 30000kms.

| I just changed two tires and put Wanli China make. Pls dont jump on me for this. Wanted to check how they will perform. Got them for 2600/- each. Bridgestone was quoted for 4700/- each. Done about 1000 kms and it looks ok. So far so good. | |

| You have to compromise on the sound. Though its not loud you can make out the difference. Grip and handling is okay as they are new:) | |

| I got my front tyres changed last week monday. Earlier was Brdgestobne turanza GIII. I changed on to ceat milaze. It cost me for Rs 5600/- for 2 nos.
The tyre performance is quite good. Nice handling, steering feeling very light,Good grip on road, rolling on sharp turns was lovely. Also after the change i think shock absorption also was improved as i felt bump free ride than earlier.
The tyrewala said we have to fill the air/ n2 in tyre upto 40psi to run this vehicle, also i have experienced it once before that with 29 psi the car feels very very heavy. Since that I have maintaining the pressure 40 psi in all four.
Any comments on air pressure?
& Ceat Milaze are real good . Please share your experinces about ceat milaze...
Thanks

| Usually every manufacturer recommends air pressure for the tires BUT these are for the stock tires only. In case of Logan, the stock JK Vectra are supposed to be filled to 29Psi. When I changed to my BS Turanza, I was asked to maintain 32Psi as this was the recommended pressure by the tire manufacturer.
In case you have a doubt about the pressure mentioned by your tire retailer, speak to some other dealer and find out. You can even try calling the service advisor (if you think he has some decent knowledge) as they might have come across various tires being used on the logan.

| hi guys... back from a break that's long enough to be termed good bye.. good to see the forum going on .. with Stu up to his usual mischief! Way to go buddies!
I got my original JK Vectras changed to Yokohamas a couple of months back (at 47k km)... I have to say I am very happy with them indeed! cost me 18k for the 4 of them.. have still retained on Vectra since that one should safely give me another 2-3k if required.. but of course, I am running on the new ones only...
periodic wheel balancing and tyre rotation does wonders to tyre life.. speaking from first hand experience!

| Has anybody used Bridgestone MY02. Since had to change my JK Victra stock ones about 1.5 to 2 months back. But MY02 seems noisier than the JK ones. Though handling and comfort is better. Or is it my engine actually have become louder!!! Beginning to wonder. Any tips to verify it. My next service of 70K will be up in another 2K. | |

| Hi puneet, I don't think the fuel efficiency of the vehicle can be improved by using a different brand tyre because a car goes through different types of rigorous and hi-tech tests and research and they squeeze the max out of the engine and design. So just stick to the recommendations and your fuel and engine efficiency will not go down.
But yes using a good tyre will help you cover more kms before is wears out, give a you a comfortable ride and also reduce cabin noise. The OEM stock tyre (JK -victra) on my diesel Logan gave me 60,000KM and a good fuel efficiency of 19km/liter. But ride quality was not so good. Now I use Bridgestone - my02 of stock size. But I have noticed that when you go in high speed i.e 130-140 the handling is not good. I still get the same fuel efficiency and certainly the ride quality has become good. Have to wait and see for how much it will last for. My friends using Bridgestone have said its lasted good enough.

| hi zapping, the stock ones have covered 50k and i hope they'll last another 5k. regarding fuel efficiency; i'm taking out around 26-27 on the highways. i have consulted a few experts on it and they are working on it. i'll surely share the info once i'm through it. the stock jk vectra is ok but ain't great. | |
