Indian Car Sales Figures

I wonder what is the reason for this dip.
bad publicity / no publicity / bad after sales service ?
If it is looks, the competing cars like dzire / etios are also not particularly beautiful.
Any thoughts ?

With respect to your question, the Verito is not doing good due to its unexciting appearance in the wake of competition.
We Indians have still a very long way to go before we start buying our cars based on rationale rather than emotion. Its more like the heart wins more than the mind.
So people are likely to find value in newer exciting offerings.
Frankly, not much changed on the Logan since its launch. This is 7 years down the line.
You need more than new bumper & grill to get the story going. 7 years is a time for a complete new model.

Mahindra owning the Verito is like a coconut with a monkey. They have no clue what to do with it.
It's too late to revive the Logan to magical numbers.
It's something that never happened in the first place.

Here is a car people love to hate.

Only those who have it probably know it. The remaining are just judging on hearsay.
