| I tried and then realised, that I installed the Keyless Entry system in my car, which anyway overrides the door lock setting once the car is started by default.
So Ill not get to know anyways, as my installed system already does this once the car starts

| I just push down on the window lock button with my elbow (I can safely do this, even while driving), in case doors remain unlocked when the car is in motion.
I have 3rd party keyless lock installed.
Doors can remain unlocked in case one or more doors is open, when the ignition key is being turned to ON position from ACCESSORIES position.
This button which Stu is speaking about does not exist in my GLE

| Martin This feature is given in books but not activated in Indian version (as per service guy), I tried a lot and this was my question in forst service of the car and you cant just force them to fix computer and activate that becuase they do only those which they are told to do by company .... not a single thing extra. I have also come to know that they can increase the BHP and Torque thourgh their OB computer but again they wont do for us. May be in future they again ask us to pay Rs 500, as they asked for boot opener or even more | |

| i would say that the mileage of non indian logans would be at par. is it a case where by underpowering it substantially there can be merely 1 kmpl difference. again how much underpowered is it actually needs to be defined. | |

| Call it as taller gear ratio for the 2nd gear. So if you are in 2nd gear and approach a speed breaker, it is possible to let the engine brake and then you pull off again still in 2nd gear.
Am I somewhere near the understanding?

| martin try reading words after comma (,) also here I am referring to Diesel engines only i.e. 1.5 DCi Give this a try - How often you need to press clutch of your 1.5 DCi in city conditions, now try on same route (if possible) with Swift Dzire you will come to know the difference in gear ratio of Logan and others. With such a hard clutch, like of Logan, you can assume what I am trying to point. Again its only for Logan Diesel!! PS: It has no relation with pickup of the car. | |

| I cannot see any problem of going over speed bumps in second unless they are 1 meter high we also have speed bumps and they are BIG A tip here is if you can do it try and get onto the speed bumps one wheel at a time Meaning drive over it at an angle not directly over it thats if the road is not to busy ..as for the hard Clutch We have no issue with this over here so I cant help you ..other than sending you to the Gym for a workout | |
