| Go for Xenos. It is reliable and decent. That will probably cost about Rs. 8000/- for all windows. Appearance will be similar to what you see on the FIAT Palio.
there are other local makes too. But Xenos's penetration in markets is increasing.

| I checked for mine too. I read about some Traxon in Autocar this month. It costs Rs. 4500/front 2 and 8000 for all 4 windows with 1 yr warranty. Here's their Website :- http://www.surabhint.com/ On speaking to them, they say that they make the power window mechanism as close as possible to the OEM. The Driver gets all 4 door control along with a childlock. | |

| Looks good. But i feel the central console controls are a real cool feature rather than the traditional door controls. | |

| Alright Guys, I went ahead and installed Power Windows to my car. They are from SurabhiInt that i mentioned earlier. Works great. Just a Lil slow on going up but great overall. It has been wired with my Remote Central Lock so whenever i lock my car, all the windows that are open go up one by one! Cool feature i guess! On the Downside, the color is not matching the door trim. It is beige but a different shade but well, event the Dashboard doesnt match the Door Also, one more lil niggle is tat since this is not OEM, the windows have to be raised 1 by 1, if we do 2 windows at a time, both move very slow putting more strain on the battery. Will put up pictures soon.. | |

| @ SAumil,
Since you say that you got the window-roll-up-on-locking feature installed, in case you have the company OE power door lock, could you do one small check with your windows?
Case1. You lock the car with your remote, the windows roll up
Case2. You are in the car with the key removed. Press the power door lock to close (lock condition). Do the windows start rolling up (cannot be stopped anyway you try)?

| @ Surya, Good to have you back ;-) What do you mean by Power Door Lock? Do you mean the Door Lock or the Button on the Remote? | |

| OK, Just checked it,
1) When the Keys are removed and the Door Locked, with/without the Remote, the windows roll up
2) When the engine is turned OFF and the Key is in the last position and NOT removed, the Windows do not roll up!

Why I call it as an issue is because: → Suppose I am at a traffic signal and have to wait for say more than 2 minutes, I turn off the car. Once the engine stops, my keyless remote unlocks the doors (convenience feature). But, if I want the doors to remain locked and press the button on the dash, then the windows will invariably roll up even if I want them little or completely open. Guess that is the case when you install Non-OE fitted equipment

| Yea Surya, this should happen in my windows as well. Never tried it. The heat here is so much these days that you cant afford to put off your car. But if put off, with Kids in the car, this could be an issue! Ofcourse you could always put the switch on and down the windows, but i guess by the time we do all this, the Signal will be green again | |

I completely missed your last 2 posts here. My power windows were factory fitted (OE)
The only after market things i got installed were 1. Remote door lock (Autocop) 2. Window roll-up on door lock (some chinese)

| 1) Is it possible to add power window control knobs on all the 4 doors? All 4 door control knobs on Driver side door and one individual control on 3 remaining doors. 2) Which is the suitable switch module? | |
