Spotted a Chevrolet BEAT, half masked, testing in Bangalore on 21-May-2009.

Took 2 photographs before driver requested not to take any more.
Lifted the front headlamp mask, which revealed the headlamps same as that shown in Auto Expo and various car magazines (GM BEAT)
I could however, could convince him into sitting inside the car and have a look at the interiors.
Instrument panel was mounted on the steering column and looked more like a Gaming console or Bike's speedo.
Remaining of the dash seemed to be a proto sample with glossy black finish and regular center panel like in Swift or Ritz.

No information available with driver on launch timing. He says he is not sure. But was in Bangalore with only one vehicle to go to the Design center.

Nice work surya..............Shud have told the driver that as long as the car is on a public road, No one can stop you frm taking as many pictures as you want.....
