Nice pics adam... - both of the A.. (B) &.. B.. A..

In the first instance, you look cool in your new avatar in the profile.

BA (Brand new Alloys) also look good. Tyres stock or an upgrade as well?

If so, damage? any difference in ride quality?

Thanks stu, Thanks logan romeo and thanks Vsuprak...Thank you thank you... Embarassed

Like i had mentioned in my earlier posts, I wanted to upsize. However, (thanks to stu and anand(sai mag wheels owner)) I decided to stick with the existing setup.

* The Alloy wheels size are 6 inches as against the OE rims which are 5.5. However, it fits like a charm. No difference felt what so ever.

* I wanted to buy 5, But then was advised not to, Since the spare is already there which is of the same size. you can consider this option incase you do not upsize.

* It costed me ard 13 k. Since then, I am feeling a slight vibration in the steering over bad roads. Will update the progress.

Peace

Yep, you are right, with same tyres, option of having only four alloys can be considered.

Vibration part not understood if the tyres are stock. Tongue in cheek..is it because of 13K??? Wink

How old is your Logan ? When you get wheel wobble at a low speed it is normaly from a worn Joint on the steering arm (Hope not)
Get someone to waggle the steering wheel while you go under the car and feel all the joints for movement (it will knock in your hand)and also check the wheel nuts are correct You need special wheel nuts for Allu ,s not your old Logan ones !!!

Nice sets of wheels there adam!
Get the wheel balancing and alignment done from a good shop, the problem will be solved.

he insisted on bridgestone or continental tyres

Well I'd suggest in that case u go for the Bridgestone. I hear they have good reputation in terms of reliability and popularity. Not to mention performance too.

I don't get it. How is he able to take your tyres for Rs2250/- and offer a new one for Rs3000/-, just a difference of Rs750/-? How many kms has the car run so far on stock tyres?

Ok, checked the above post and it says 30000 kms. If this person is genuine then you could consider buying it.
Are your tryres really worn out?
