LOGAN Review - 26000 Kms, DLX

Hi All,

I own a Logan Diesel which has done 26000 kms.

Pros:

* Very comfortable seating for 5 adults. Good for long drives.
* Braking is good enough
* Diesel engine is very silent and insulation is good.

Cons

* Mahindra replaced the engine of my vehicle on 20,000 kms due to issue with the collant pump.
* Clutch is very had. Its worst then truck's cluck
* So much of rattling, all door noise. No permanent solution for that.
* ground clearance is very bad
* JK Tyre are of very low quality. Renault should have considered the passenger safety.


More cons then the pros

get the clutch wire changed dear(it will still be in guarantee)......it will be smooth as silk.
for door rattling issue.....get your catchers changed....which should be made of any soft metal.

ground clearance is low ...i think ur mud flaps are hitting the ground rather than underbody ..same happened with me and i thot the same as you are..but removed the front mud flaps and voilaaaa no such issues.

yea jk tyres are really bad.....cnt help much

changed the cable, it didn't help much. service adviser is recommending for clutch replacement.

saumil.. cant we change the tyres? what specs? remember am on a 1.6GL.. does it make a difference?

For changing the brand, carry the same specifications..
BTW, Miclelin has come out with tyres that assure more Mileage

MAHINDRA RENAULT LOGAN IS ONE OF THE BEST CAR BUT DUE TO THE POOR DEALER SHIP IN GUJARAT .THE CAR IS NOT SEEN NOW A DAY .I HAVE BUY A NEW ONE BUT I M NOT SATHIFIED .AND I WAS GOING TO ADVERTISE FOR THAT BUT DUE TO POOR DEALERSHIP I HAVE TO STOP THAT AND TELL EVERY ONE THAT DONT BYE THEY WILL NOT GIVE THE PROPER SATISFACTION
