| Hey another jolt for me buddies. Yesterday while using my wiper a small portion of rubber from the tip of driver side wiper got loosened and placed a fine scratch on the wind screen. That wiper was the one I replaced 4 months back from the dealer. | |

| I contacted Mahindra customer care today. They assured me that I will be contacted by Mahindra withing 24 hrs. Lets hope for the best. I have to get my rear view mirror's money back, change the wiper and the windscreen free of cost. | |

| Actually ya.. U shud technically get the windshield changed FOC. Once problem that may occur is that the wipers and all are not covered under warranty.. Lets hope for the best and keep fingers crossed.. | |

| fingers?.. at this rate every owner should keep every damn digit on his body crossed! what the hell guys.. there has to be a limit to sub-standard parts and designs..

| I have been contacted from Royal motors service center. they asked for the Fabrication No. of my car. they said that i can find it on the door panel and it starts with Z. Since i was at office that time, I will go back and find that out. They will call me later again. They said that it's very urgent. So guys Mahindra does care for us. I know they bully the dealers a lot for our sake. When the dealerged me 2200 bucks for the boot opener, after a few days of my complaint they agreed to come to my house to pay back the extra money. | |

| Ye Saumil. I should not have paid in the first place. And for all the guys out there if u think that the dealer is playing foul game, let them know immediately that u will call the Mahindra directly to clear your query. During my third free service the service center was reluctant to accept cheque. So I told them to give me in writing that they don't accept cheque so that I can follow up with the Mahindra directly. Then they changed their tone completely and said that since I am a trustworthy and old customer they will accept my cheque. Quite funny. | |

| If the rains are quite heavy then it falls under 'Force Majeur'.
Water clogging on roads has to be tackled by our dearest ministers. We can not expect a car company to do something in this. If water enters bonnet it is but obvious that it will behave insane.
No company can do a thing under this. One has to take care himself OR manage to get to nearest service center OR wait for help to arrive either from authorised dealer or local mechanic.
Many a times i have seen the service center guys behaving the way they decide which is outside norms. e.g. mirror breaks and they insist for cash. this means the cash goes to their pockets. They are a greedy bunch of people not wanting to do anything proper. However Punjab Automobiles in Ahmedabad have been helpful so far with their top guys / team leaders a bit sensible.
Another disgusting point to note here. Service guys if not able to answer anything try to conceal by saying this is cheap European design. Believe me they did not even know that Renault was a French company. They said it to be a German company and were arguing pointless. Showed their resistance to change.
It is simple folks..... In JV 51:49 M guys will take only 51 interest instead of 100. | |
