Rattling Noise from ceiling

Hi Guys,

Now I have something new I think. A rattling sound is coming from the roof of my Logan. Let me know if anyone has experienced this. I am really getting frustrated with this rattling noises all over my car. I will go to the service center this saturday and complain.

i have lodged a complaint already nayan.....

they told that d ceiling has only two attachment points...so there s no question of being it fixed or tightened...


but still i again called customer care and told there..i got assurane ki it will be repaired soon

lets c wat happens......till then drive wid one hand pressed again roof

from wat i read here I think the Rumanians build a better Logan than the Indians .Now you should tell them this at the garage and voice youselfs .Our Dacia Logans seem to be very well made
This all comes from the END OF LINE INSPECTION and if that is not done correctly then all sorts of trash will be leaving the factory

I will ask them to remove the top reskin cover. Put some additional heat insulating stuff an dthen then fitting it again. The inside becomes sooo hot man if I keep my car under sun for long. Do u guys experience that?

Yes I am also facing both roof rattling sound as well as overheating
problems with my Logan

No issues as of now, if something comes up will report out the same.

went for 2nd service told them the rattling is coming,they said will fix it, got the car home, few days go by and left side door starts rattling again,

no one is having ceiling rattling problem like me

help me brothers......this noise is so irritating that even my gf has started complaining nw

Ask them to check the roof again. if the problem still isn't solved, ask them to change whatever fixtures are there (it should come under warranty)

since not everyone is facing this problem, then it shows that something is faulty in your particular car.

yea even got it checked wid d service ppl

some kinda lock which holds d rexin is not available wid them........and if mine cars lock breaks while removing it,,,them all b*****

so waiting fr d lock

they said d lock is not coming frm manufacturers.......

hv to wait f a month or so acc to them,

We are getting back into this stupid Text message language again
It is not needed and it will chase members away .If they cannot read the posts .How do you expect a Romanian to read this rubbish
or someone from some other land
It is not so hard to write people instead of ppl
or for the lock instead of fr d lock

Hey Hitesh, the funny and strange thing is that for three months I did not drive my car as I was in US for office work. For those three months the car was not driven at all. Now when I am driving it after 3 months that rattling sound from the roof has vanished. Quite miraculous but good for me.

Stench is'nt there. But when I get inside after 3 months the dashboard was full of fungus.
