| My Logan 1.5 DLS is 2007 model. Recently the engine side has started vibrating but only in Idling RPM.. (Needle shows 800RPM).. When I press accelerator to 1000 RPM the vibration stops and running is smooth except when engine RPM goes less than 1000. Any suggestions to solve this problem? | |

| Get your Engine mounting bushes checked. Maybe they have hardened over time. | |

| If the whole engine block rattles when you start pickup then it may be the engine mount , situated underneath the engine appx cost 2000
Or if rattles happen on stalled position and can be heard inside cabin then the air filter box is the culprit, just remove whole box and put a thin layer of foam sheet then remount.
Let us know what was the problem?

Hi Rakum, Yes. You are true to an extent. The guys at the sevice center do not check these things. This is purely by choice and lethargy. You not only have to tell them to do so, but also ensure they did. I have had a very bad experience recently with my long trusted service center and made them pull up their socks for the lethargy and carelessness in handling he vehicle and its issues. They have begun looking upon every Logan/Verito customer like a Taxi running person. My suggestion, if you have the time, is this: Be alongside your vehicle when you get it serviced. This is something I have not done in the past and now want to follow religiously. With Mahindra, the service experience is a pure gamble.
