| Hi all,
LOGAN PETROL 1.4 GLX, AXle grease,oil leakage through boot and also through some other areas of axle other than boot, TVS service centre for mahindra suggested me to change axle , changing the boot will not fix this issue, the axle will cost 12,000 rs, any suggestions, any possibility to get parts from other sources , Let me know your suggestions. | |

| Why change the axel when its just the boot ?? which end is throwing grease out ? the wheel end ? | |

| they told me that leakage come from the boot, also there is leakage from the some other place other than boot. | |

| Well go under the car and look ! the boot leak will shoot all over up and down and any other leak will run downwards
or do you mean the bearings going INTO the gearbox also behind a smaller boot | |

| Then maybe the seals have gone at the gearbox side of the drive shaft But also you do not nead a new drive shaft just a small oil seal | |
