| Hi All,I would appreciate if any of the Long Time Users of Logan suggest the right speed to change from 1 to 2, 2 to 3 etc. To my surprise it is not mentioned in the Owners Manual. |

| I guess, it should be based on the road/traffic condition & the RPM. For moderate driving one may maintain the RPM at 1500-2000 level which is pretty much sufficient. |

Maintain 1500-2000 RPM and change gears accordingly! Even tha manula i guess says so abt teh RPM!! _________________  LOGANIZE!! ;-) |

| I dont pull the car above 1500 RPM in any gear,
switch from 1st to 2nd asap .
2n to 3rd round about 20-30km mark
3rd to 4rth 40-45 km mark
4rth to 5th as soon as i cross 55km speed...
i am getting a mileage of around 19 without Ac |

I dont understnd why all of u shift gears b4 even da car gets 2 its max torque zone?Logan's max torque peeks in at bout 2k rpm.I normally let ma car 2 reach 2-2.2k rpm.This keeps my car in the appropriate torque band.I may be wrong but stll i do get good mileage. |
