| All you alcohol and fiz drink lovers do you know you can very easily make beer at home, specially Ginger Beer - Its easy check below: http://www.instructables.com/id/Ginger_Beer_Alcoholic_Version/ This site has lot of good stuff - http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-Beer/ The problem with us is most of the malt beer brewing items likes hops and yeast are not easily available in India. Martin you must be having a good idea about all these.

| we can only dream about being like you in your avatar pic Its India where Beer is sold on government controlled shops in 'Q' Home Brewing is dreem for us, even for last 3 days I am searching for brewing yeast but no success till now - all available are baking yeast which is quite smelly.

You can buy the beer of your choice and cluture the yeast from that? Does it contain live yeast? Or is it completely removed after fermentation? |

| Every 3rd bottle sold in India is Kingfisher, you can guess how much Mallaya earns. Nevermind ..... cost gone higher these days due to inflation otherwise it was around Rs 5. Although anyone else is interested in home brewing or similar activities? May be we can share some ideas.
