Hi guys, can anyone give me his expert advice on whether I can fit Tata indigo's orvm on Logan. I always feel down to see these orvms of Logan. If anyone has already tried please let me know.

'I always feel down to see these orvms of Logan.' You mean you don't get a good view?

No rajesh, its not that I got a good view. I don't have any problem with viewing the rear side through them. The thing is that I don't like the symmetrical rounded shapes of the mirrors. I like the indigo ones much better.

Well I suppose the Indigo ones will not fit. Just because their fitment would be different (indigo's door shapes are a little more angular and curvy) but maybe you can try the after market ones. Or wait for the new look logan to come out (it has better looking and more functional ORVMs)

No Buddy we r talking of the new model launched in Romania by Dacia. Its not very soon that we can expect that to be in India and even if its here it will cost atleast 1 lakh more that the existing models. For the time being what I will do is put black vinyl stickers around the orvms, that will uplift its image a bit I am sure.

I find them a little boring too.. Yearning for aftermarket ones. I want to buy those with side indicator lights... _________________ LOGANIZE!! ;-)

Yes Saumil, indicators will make it more exciting. But if they are not available, atleast partly chrome and partly fibre like the ones in Indigo will do.

I spoke one vendor today but sadly they dont have mirror covers for the Logan. AS per what they say, the mirrors in the logan are very small to fit lights in them?? Didnt quite understand but thats the situation as of now... _________________ LOGANIZE!! ;-)

Thats not at all logical Saumil. I myself saw some trianular lights that can be fitted on the Logan mirrors. That was in a car accessories shop in kOlkata. Those lights are blue and are flexible and so can easily be fittetd on the mirrors as the shopkeeper told me. The shape of those lights are like the one that now comes in Honda Civic

I would prefer painting the OVRM than add an indicator to the existing setup. Adding any lights would involve tampering the existing wiring.

I was talking about the painted ones with light brother.. a litttle wiring would be required but i doubt any tampering would be needed.. _________________ LOGANIZE!! ;-)

That 'little' wiring and connecting it to the existing wiring is what I am talking about. You are adding something for which there is no provision in the existing wiring setup.
