it was mid 2008 when i was realising my childhood dream of buying a car . there were many options before me and after very big analysis i ended up with logan 1.4GLX.. to be true i wasnt truly fascinated by its look and i had second thought about buying this car . somehow the person in the showroom convinced me and i bought this car on may 23, 2008 . one year gone and now i feel really thankful to that guy coz this car has changed my lifestyle completely .

i agree logan doesnt have the curvy look, but at times when we stand in a road-signal among lot of other cars,i realise this car is so bold and manly that lot of eyes (from other cars) will see it for sure..

i am a bike lover, so i didnt travel much in the logan making just 11k kms in one year. i used logan only for long trips and this car has everything we need for a long trip from grt mileage to huge space ... there was occasion when two of my friends sat in the boot and travelled, leaving one of our sick frnd to have a nice sleep at the rear seat (it is dangerous, though)..

and very very important thing is the maintainence. following are the expenses which i incurred during this one year except petrol and accessories..
1st service - 0/- (absolutely zero rupees- believe it or not)
2nd service - 800/- (not due to any fault but the charge was due to parts which needed to be replaced regularly)
3rd service - 3300/- (again due to replacement of engine oil and few other parts)
totally 4100 rupees maintainence expense for one complete year,i dont think i need to say anything more..

will update more info about ma car in fututre..

I am also agree with you, its my first car (1.4 GLX) , and i have lot of
confusion to buy my first car, but one of my friend having logan diesel
version and i see and drive his car and i also bought logan, and still
no worries......
